Enter your email address, click the link in your inbox, you are in. No password. Anyone can sign in – even before you own a licence.
boothy.eu/en/dashboard · Tip: open the dashboard in a second tab and follow along step by step.
Rather look around first? Walkthrough, no sign-inDownload Boothy and launch the app. A short assistant asks for language, event name, design and camera – a few clicks later your start screen is ready.
Trial mode unlocks every premium feature for 10 test photos, without signing up. When you are ready for your first event, the booth shows a pairing code – that is how it joins your dashboard.
Open the dashboard, enter your email address and click the link in your inbox – done, no password at all. For now everything is empty: no booth, no events. Let us change that.
Use the email address you buy your licence with, or already bought it with. That address is how Boothy connects your purchase to your dashboard.
Buy the licence with the same email address – it shows up in your dashboard right away. Then pair the booth: it shows a code like K7Q-9XF and a QR code. Type the code under “Pair a booth”, confirm on the booth, assign the licence – the booth unlocks itself.
Under “Live Edit” you change the settings of the running booth without touching it: event name, colours, font, layouts, printing and sharing – from your laptop or your phone. There is nothing to save.
This is where both paths meet. You change the event name, the title colour or the font in the dashboard – and seconds later the booth shows it on its start screen. Try it right here.
You are the dashboard.
Change the event name, title colour or font – the booth on the right follows live.
Create an event in the planner, say “Wedding Sarah & Tim”, and generate the customer link with one click. Send it to your customer – and they design their booth themselves: occasion, colours, event name, layout and games.
Once your customer is done, the event sits in the calendar with their design. You see at a glance which events are complete and where answers are still missing – without a single phone call.
The preview shows the start screen exactly the way your customer designed it. On the event day Boothy puts these settings onto the assigned booth automatically.
Set up the booth, switch it on, connect it to the internet. Boothy recognises the event of the day and loads your customer’s settings – design, texts and layout are there at once.
The last check on site: aim the camera, take a test shot, check the printer and the guest Wi-Fi. All in the booth’s admin area – reached through the top-left corner of the start screen.
Tap, pose, laugh. Guests take their photo home as a print, grab it on their phone via QR code or turn it into something new with an AI filter.
By the end of the event at the latest, the booth uploads every photo to the Boothy Cloud. The paths meet again here: in the dashboard the pictures sit in the cloud gallery, sorted by event.
One click creates the gallery link for your customer. They and their guests see every photo in the browser – view, download, share. No app, no sign-in.
Your customer has their memories, the guests have their photos – and you wrapped up an event without chasing anyone on the phone. The booth is ready for the next one.
Privacy built in: 30 days after the event at the latest, Boothy deletes the photos from the cloud automatically and the gallery link expires. A week before, Boothy reminds you by email so nothing gets lost.
Meanwhile the booth sits in storage. It does not need to run for the planning.
On the day it fetches everything itself – no USB stick, no handover.
In the dashboard the booth is online now, the event shows as “Live”.
The booth was packed away long ago – ready for the next event.
Try it first or start with the dashboard right away – neither costs you anything, and both take less than five minutes.
