Data Processing Agreement

Under Art. 28 GDPR you need a data processing agreement with us as soon as Boothy processes your guests’ photos on your behalf. Fill in the four fields and download it — our signature and stamp are already on it, and you do not have to send it back.

The contract itself is drawn up in German and under German law, as Art. 28 GDPR requires it to be binding between the parties.

Your details

You are the controller under the GDPR. Everything else is already in the contract.
